Ok, yes it has been a while in-between drinks – so to speak… So what has been going down in the world of Jimmy Maebus.

The BikeNOW send off was a great night. I had all my shop mates there having some drinks and MOJO's Pizza. – Ohhh Yeah!

Since then I have started my new job at Giant and yes it has been a whole new world. I have spent a good week trying to adapt to a full time job and it has been "Different" so to speak. Its just a matter of adapting my physical lifestyle to a full time job. – Welcome to the real world" – Garron (Coach) says.

Ok, so how has your bike riding been affected? Well not so much really I have still had time to get three gym sessions in a week a bit of RE riding and some intensity providing I can get up early enough..

The SA.com MTB Boys are heading OS next week, Macca is looking 100% since his earlier sickness a month or two back. Norris is riding strong as always – and will be hitting the town up tonight – BIG PARTY TONIGHT AT HIS PLACE!! HA! Danny B is also killing it I think this year is going to be a a great experience for him, and Good old "Young" Shaun L is looking so strong  – He is going to have some good races providing all goes to plan for him.
